first trial

Last week, dek kerana a very unsatisfying shoppingzs di Dungun, the MZMRIZAS went to Kuala Terengganu. The locals refer to it as "TERENGGANU".. not KT.. not Kuala.. I have no idea why its so called only terengganu. Anyway, tau kenapa we would go all the way there? sebab gula kat sini dah jadi RM1.70.. insane!!!

So, off we go.. a one hour drive there. I dont know if there are malls like The Mall (Kuantan), The Store or Billion(we have this in Teluk Intan) but according to some friends there are Mydin and Giant. We were amazed when we got there. Seeing these two hypermarkets located side by side is one thing. Giant biasa je but Mydin... Subhannallah.. besar betul... and it is called the Mydin Mall. Back in Klang, Mydin nih org tak pandang dah. Maybe because of its location which is really in the center of a very congested area. Susah nak pergi. Most of the shoppings are done at Tesco, Giant and JJ. Orang sekarang mana boleh susah2, and i am not excluded...

Apart of all, we did not go to Mydin. It was congested with earthlings. Be it local or outsiders but mostly locals. We "tawaf" for parking twice and surrendered. We went to Giant instead. Less people and more parking. Niat di hati, nak tengok la, why Mydin is so "larger than life".. Hmmmm.. had to cancel it. Some other time perhaps. Anyway, here is the glimpse of it...

While at Giant, i managed to get all in the list. Among those i bought, a few chunks of lamb ribs. This was actually my husband's request. " Boleh tak masak benda ni utk abg?", he said. At first, i was reluctant. I am not that good at cooking.. most of the time, aku main campak2 aje dalam kuali tuh. He was begging. So nak dipendek kan cerita.. nahhh..

I have cooked it once, but i bought those which was already marinated. So i googled for the recipe. Sekarang, semua pun kita google kan. In fact, i think my butt is getting bigger due to a lot of spending time in front of the pc, nih dah cerita lain nih. Oh yeah, looking at the pic above, I didnt prepare salads because ada orang tuh dah tak sabar. And wallaaahhh... macam mana abang? suka tak?

sukaaaa!! ... fewwwhhh!!! Aku pun tak tau la apa jenis lamb chop ni. One thing that is certain, its not like any other normal lamb chop because there was no salads and "sesuka-ati-aku" type of gravy which were the combination of mayonnaise, black pepper sand barbeque sauce with some garlic and onion..
