1 Ramadhan 1430

yipppiiiiiii!!!!!! seronok tak first day puasa?.. akak rasa seroooooooooonok sangat!!! As for me this year seems a bit better than last year.. why? sebab tahun ni dapat puasa penuh dengan my better half for the whole month (read: kot ku tak peot laaa) !! heheheheeee... excited kan? excited laaaa!!! You have no idea how I live my fasting month without him before... sahur pun quacker oat kadang2 kurma ajek.. buka pun.. kadang2 goreng nugget or mi meggi ajek.. or sometimes biskut kering cicah teh.. hehehe.. terawih jgn cakap la.. takde geng pun nak gi.. but this year.. I succesfully performed the first night of terawih at surau.. along side my better half.. first time my whole life tau.. rasa macam baru kawen ajek... ehehhehehe... alhamdulillah...

Best of all.. I got my cooking mojo back!!! As so you guys know.. I havent been cooking for the past 2 months.. muahahahahha!!! It all started with the rotten fridge which was shut down for a week when I was away a few months ago.. not the fridge but the stuffs inside went all rotten and smelly.. being a "penggeli" I am.. I did not use the fridge at all... So what I did was, bought almost of the food at my school canteen and reheated it... kesian Encik Amir.. hehehehee.. but now not anymore.. the fridge is now soooo ok after I put a bowl of charcoal which happens so usefull in absorbing the dampness and smell away... and before that I even washed the fridge in the bathroom (read: thanx to En. Amir who drag the fridge in and out) ... hehehhehee.. furthermore.. I have new cooking gadget.. gadget.. besar gabak bendanye.. hehehehe.. but the idea of the "first in first out" really made me so anxious to cook !!! heheeee.. ape tu.. ini dia..

my new rice dispenser!!!

Owwwhhh.. I put it on top of the fridge just to discipline myself from taking the rice directly from the top lid.. heheheee.. If it were taken from on top tak jadi la konsep first in first out tu kan.. dengan penggunaan dispenser ini, kuranglah masalah bubuk yg sering mak hadapi.. :) It is so delighting!!!!

Anyway.. berbuka lauk ape semalam? I made simple dish only.. enough for two of us... nasi goreng daging merah.. served with hot tea.. popia (read: abang beli kat param) as the appetizer and kurma of course...
